Thanks klb have just booked for my mum and I to go to Stockholm for 2p each, it didn't even charge for the debit card, even though it said if would be 70p each way per person.

Has anybody been there and can recommend a good place to stay0 -

Glad you have found yourself a bargain.
The airport that Ryanair fly into (Skavsta which is in Nypoking) is about 1 hour 30 mins from Stockholm by train. This is the airport my husband uses, and there is not a lot to see in Nypoking.
If you go to this website http://www.sj.se/sj/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=10&l=en it will show the train times and the relevant fares.
For accomodation try someone like www.laterooms.com or www.lastminute.com0 -
Joke obviously not well received.
Here's the backdoor direct to free flights. I am poor and cannot afford to go anywhere, so any donations of part of the money you saved would be much appreciated appreciated :money: :money:

Hi, I'm new to this site, so I haven't yet learnt how to quote

Anyway I've just used the link posted by anewman, and it worked fine, no code needed. Two flights to France costing a total of 4p :T. I am yet to see if they charge my card the 2.80 handling fee. I noticed it was a lot cheaper to use debit card that credit card (that would have been £8.00).
Thanks. I'm so excited!0 -

Quite right but I've booked a return flight for 2 @ 0.04p. If it turns out we can't make it then its no big loss. We could probably fit a fair amount into hand luggage anyway. Ryanair also let you take a 'laptop bag' onboard which can also fit a quite a lot in. ;-)
I lived in Florence for a year and so learnt how to play the system (having been stung for excess luggage when moving out there).
Beware that even if the airline let you take a laptop in addition to your normal hand-luggage, the airport might not! Some airports now allow 2 pcs of hand-luggage, but some still only allow 1, so depends where you're flying from. However, if your laptop will fit inside your hand-luggage then you're OK either way!
If they make you check anything in, it will cost you £10 each way if paying at the airport (i.e. taking the flight to £20.02). But you'll then also have to check-in at the airport as wel, rather than on-linel!!
Re: dates of the week, I managed to book a 2p return Bristol-Dublin Friday-Sunday, so there is SOME availability on all days of the week. But I would guess it's a lot more limited Fri's and Sun's than other days of the week.
Also to note there are NO card charges of any sort with this special offer, that is part of the deal!0 -
I also managed to book a Bristol-Dublin flight for 2 in Februay, out on Saturday back on Friday....no bags...online check in.....4p to pay....excellent..ADOPT DONT SHOP......🐕🐕🐕🐕0
