I stayed at the Holiday inn i think it was called the Brentford Lock i will have to look it up but it was about a 30minute walk away, nice to get back to though late bar available parking too.Shame about the walk although i am sure the buses just outside the hotel went close to the Stadium.:hello: Lets all save a £ or two, lets all earn a £ or two, and lets all enjoy spending that £ or two wisely.

Do you have to be in Twickenham itself? Richmond has hotels but they are pricey. Is price a consideration?
I work in Richmond/Twickenham and know it quite well!0 -
Many thanks everyone - No, it doesn't have to be in Twickenham itself as we've just found out that a local primary school offers parking, which we can book but not until beginning of May. Price isn't really a consideration but the room needs to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.0

I believe there's a Premier Inn in Whitton (Bath Road) not far from Twickenham - saw it when we were down there on Boxing Day:

There is a Premier Inn next to the Winning Post pub on the A316.
There is also a new Travelodge at Sunbury Cross which is a 5 minute drive down the A316 towards the M3.
If your event is at Twickenham Stadium then you may be better off using the Travelodge in Feltham and catching the train from there to Twickenham as the traffic does get very congested on event days. You may also find that the Premier Inn is already booked up.
You could also catch the train from Sunbury to Twickenham but the train times are not as frequent. The station is across the road from the Travelodge.0 -
Parked on street at feltham before for a game at twickenham.Best way to get there couple of stops and quickish getaway afterwards.Beats sitting in traffic.I have links to financial and bankruptcy advisors
