Parking in London.

On Fri 18th Jan we will be travelling to London, by car from N Wales, arriving lunch time. We have accommodation in Paddington on Fri and Sat nights, and on Sunday 20th will travel on by car to Margate. Booze cruise on Monday :beer:
As we don’t require the car within London, I need your recommendations for Car Park where we can leave the car Fri-Sun.
Key criteria:-
1. Adjacent to our road route to Margate: M1 or M40, M25, then M20 or M2.
2. Adjacent to a London Underground tube station.
3. Good availability of a space when we arrive Fri lunch time.
4. Open on Sunday so we can collect the car.
5. Cost effective daily rate charge for parking.
6. Covered or not, not really fussed.
The Transport for London web site has many Tube station car Parks listed, from as little as £2.00 per day. We need some "local Knowledge" guidance on the most suitable.
Hoping someone can please assist?
