London Eye

Options
Is there a 'cheap' way of doing London Eye? Price on website is £12.50 adult, £6.50 child. Is there a 2-4-1 or kids free offer or similar? There seems to be for everything else! Cheers.

Never seen one and given that it's jam packed most of the time I wouldn't expect to see one until after October.

I cashed in some Air Miles for my tickets.

If you don't have Air Miles, cash in Tesco Clubcard vouchers for Air Miles, then cash in the Air Miles...

Hope you don't mind me butting in...but do the 'pods' on the eye sway much with the wind etc?

Family want it on their 'to do' list at some point but the thought of the pods swaying just make me freak. Does other people's movement/walking etc make the pods move too or are they more rigid?

This is a brilliant experience for all the family & worth every penny. The pods don't sway what so ever, if so you wouldn't get me up there. I'm scared of heights but when you have a 7 year old neeeeeeeeeeding to go on it, what do you do??? Don't get me wrong I never left go for the whole duration, or there is seats in the centre of each pods. Since then I been on 3 more times, its fab.

Book your tickets in advance as it is very busy. The queues seem to go on forever, but as he wheel never stops turning to let people on & off, you'll soon be at the front.
if i had known then what i know now
