I dipped a toe into Merrill New Energy and Jupiter Green, the Merrill trust is ahead at the moment!

The additional dimension to this is political interference, as the citizens demand their politicians 'do something' when the lights start going out. We've already seen such ill-informed gesture politics with the coming ban on incandescent bulbs (mercury poisoning for all!).

Making money from new energy will be as easy as making (and keeping) money during the .com madness:eek:

I am leaving things to the fund manager

.........isn't that what everyone does when they entrust their money with a Managed Fund ???

Neptune Global Growth isn't the only fund in the world that has a Fund manager making decisions

Yes but i am talking at the global level. I dont have any specific sector or country funds, i let the manager of the global funds work out sectors and countries for me.

I havent said there is anything unique about Neptune Global Equity. I have three other global funds as well :rotfl:  My point is about global funds in general and why I like them.

Except that Neptune Global Equity is unusual as they invest by sectors and in theory throw the map away.
