Sky Plus Box

Hi,
I have recently had Sky + installed and I ran an optical cable from it to my Amp for suround sound. It appears there is a slight delay in the sound so that picture and sound are out of sync.

Any ideas what is causing this or how to remedy it?

I don't know have an answer for you but would recommend you ask the question on the dedicated Sky+ forums over at AVForums or Digital Spy. There are some knowledgable people over there who have helped me with Sky issues in the past.

Hi

I am at work at the moment and not near my box but there is a setting in system setup and sound I think for adding extra delays to the optical output.

My box is a HD one but it should be broadly similar.

I'll check the keystrokes when I get home and repost if you haven't resolved the issue.

Services, System Setup, Sound Setup, Optical Delay - Just play with one extreme to the other to work out which way it works best !

That should sort it.
