Boots - 7 The Strand - great service

My sister bought me a bottle of Femme by Hugo Boss a few months ago and the the spray had stoped spraying and so was no good but hardly any perfume had been used.
I could only guess that my sister had bought it at Boots and I knew she wouldnt have the receipt.
So, I enquired at Boots Charing Cross if they had a ohone number or address for Hugo Boss so I could explain that bottle was no good but still full up. The manager was summoned immediately and she just took the bottle from me and handed me a new one from the shelf - no receipt needed - and she gave me an exchange receipt in case it happened again and a Free £5 skincare voucher!
Great service from Boots. I will write to them too.
