Why not get consumer power to reduce the cost of energy bills.
If all consumers decided to swap there accounts to just one provider (chosen either at random or the one with the best customer services record - definitely not npower!) then the other major providers would have to do something drastic to get customers back and the only way would be to considerably reduce their charges.
It is in our hands so why not start a campaign to do this.
