For the love of all that is holy, DO NO go for the Hozelock Adjustable Rotating Sprinkler. It is supposed to cover 15m diameter but it barely covers 2. We have great water pressure as well. I have a normal hozelock watering gun and it can spray a jet about 7m so I have no idea why this product is as bad as it is. I'm returning it as soon as I can.

B&Q sell a timer for about 20GBP but haven't put it to use yet.

Aldi had battery-operated timers last week. Owr local Aldi still had these timers today. Don't remember the price, but definitely lower than for Hozelock timers in B&Q.

Are you on a water meter in your home? If you are on a meter, be very careful using a garden sprinkler or hose. It will cost you a small fortune in water charges, garden hoses or sprinklers use more water than anything else in your home.;)
