<LI class=list_item>This competition is open to residents of the UK, ROI, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, Hoodless Brennan Plc or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
1. All information detailing how to enter this prize draw forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. To enter the prize draw individuals need to either download a free copy of The Sunday Telegraph Guide to Commercial Property Investment and Reits from https://www.telegraph.co.uk or call the published telephone number and request a copy. Individuals may be required to submit their contact details.
3. All entries must be received by 5pm on 31 January 2008.
4. The winner of the prize draw will win a prize of £10,000. The winner will be invited to invest all or any part of the prize in a portfolio of reits or listed property shares via Hoodless Brennan PLC. Alternatively the winner can elect to receive a cheque for £10,000.
5. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Win £10,000 prize draw, Enterprises Department, Telegraph Media Group Limited, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between 5 February 2008 and 15 February 2008.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Telegraph Media Group Limited or Hoodless Brennan PLC and accordingly Telegraph Media Group Limited or Hoodless Brennan PLC may at their absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Telegraph Media Group Limited or to Hoodless Brennan PLC as a result thereof.
8. All prizes are non transferable.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising in relation to the prize draw or these terms and conditions.
11. Telegraph Media Group Limited is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. The provision of the prize and all related matters are the responsibility of Hoodless Brennan PLC, which is authorised and regulated by the FSA. Register No. 155104.
