Hello,
I am thinking about moving house. Obviously this involves selling mine and purchasing a new one. Mine will be around 140 and I'm looking around 160. Does anyone know roughly what sort of fees I will be looking at? estate agents (selling and buying), solicitors, stamp etc etc.

estate agents usually 1.25% + Vat of selling price
solicitors a few hundred each for buying and selling
