Been Accepted On CC-Want To Do A BT!

Please bare with me, having a bad day and am using the Voice thing to type as hands are bad today :rolleyes:

Have received a call this afternoon from sky about their New Skycard. Lady was lovely and we went through security etc. She said I had been accepted with a £7000 limit at 15.?% Only intend to BT though and am quite shocked at the limit as Barclaycard are normally tight gits initially :eek: She said i could BT straight away and would just need card number. Hubby was picking daughter up so decided to wait.

Does anyone know if there will be a fee charged for this or a %? I have about £4000 to BT from Halifax One which runs out in 3 weeks. Ive been throwing everything at my debt and have worked out I will be completely debt free in January 2006 :T Still quite a newbie! Ive never really BT before and dont want to be stung with aload of fees, but have worked out then when I start paying 9.9% on the Halifax One card interest will be about £60 per month, so if it saves me more than this-it has to be worth doesnt it??

Has anyone a Skycard with the T&C's? Card will take 2 weeks to arrive so dont have the paperwork yet. Can anyone help?

This card is 0% on both BT's and purchases until 1st March. What's the significance of 15.?%? which, by the way, is 16.9% according to their website at http://www.sky.com/skycom/article/0,,91095-1176461,00.html (have you looked?)

Again, info on web site (have you looked?), but summary box shows 2.5% (NO MAX)

ALL details regarding this product are on their web site. You really have left it late haven't you? Your post seems to indicate that unless you get hold of the T & C's (did I mention their web site?), you will have only one week to sort out your BT. I don't think this will be long enough so be prepared for some 9.9% interest on the Halifax card.

Thanks YorkshireBoy for your reply. Im not used to all this. I have looked on the website etc and have called them.

They were very helpful.

No fees at all on BT's till the end of June 2005. I double checked this with the ladies line manager and took both names-asked about the 2.5% in their T&C's and again they confirmed free till end of june 2005 :T

I did the BT tonight and they have extended the 0% till March 2006-will take 7-10 days-probably before I get my card..lol. Also, they have given me a rate of 15.9%.

Im sorry if I appear stupid and maybe wasting time on this board with my questions, but get muddled easily and dont get out the house much and unable to do alot on the computer because I cant use my hands :eek:
