I think I'm pretty good at riding two horses actually.
I will always uphold the rights of anyone (or any company) who is complying with their contractual terms, over someone who didn't bother reading those contractual terms.
But equally well I hate organisations which advertise misleadingly, and which have too high an opinion of themselves. (e.g. Nationwide).0 -
