Forgive me if this site is genuine, but I got an email today advertising a website: www.hero0710.com
Apparently based in China, this site seem to offer things too good to be true - a new Goldwing Motorcyle for under 3000 Euros or an unlocked iPhone for 250 Euros. PS3s for under 200 Euros - you get the picture...
A seach on Google for "hero0710" currently yields a total number of found results of 11, of which only 1 refers to this site. Not a good start...
So, not wanting to part with any cash just yet
, I thought I would ask all my friends at MSE as to whether they have heard anything about this site, had dealings or whatever.
I must admit I am not expecting too much from this site - anything that appears too good to be true normally is, but any advice or experience most welcome!

Cheap prices, shoddy website, hotmail for email, Paypal, Western Union, contact form for contact details........... how fast can you run?!
And the site was created on 02/01/08 and has 18 pages of orders already on the Send Goods link. The man without a signature.0 -
Well thanks to the OP, a Google search for that name now shows 2 results that refer to the site in question, and this thread is one of them!
By the time accounts of real experience from buyers appear on the Web, this outfit will be long gone with the cash.
As Vikingaero has already pointed out, the fact that the only apparent means to contact the company is via a Hotmail account is enough to make you run a mile...0
