Hi,
Unfortunetly, I've received PCN for forgetting to pay the drop off charge. It was mistakenly challenged (not sure whether as a driver or keeper), and we have no received a letter asking for the keeper's permission (see attached).
Would you advise challenging this again as a registered keeper? because i still have the option of "submitting additional evidence)
or has the chance to win been blown?

Looks like you appealed in the wrong name. Put in an appeal from the keeper now, while the keeper still can.
