UKPC Small Claim
My bf received a small claims form. I'm not new to the process as I've previously defended my own claim and won.
However with his claim he didn't appeal or respond to the LBC and having read other posts in this forum it was suggested replying to the LBC would help chances of winning. Does not responding to the LBC or appealing decrease chances of winning?
In addition to this, he doesn't have a reason for not paying his ticket, he simply forgot.
I suspect the answer will be follow the defence process, but just want to check.

I don't think it will decrease this person's chances of winning. Many claims are discontinued before the hearing fees are paid.
Do you know which legal firm it says on your bf's Claim form?
The defence process depends on the POC in the claim form.
