UR/Buyur Ltd
Adding my name to the list of people affected by UR.co.uk / Buyur Ltd. From reviews I sent my iPhone off to UR and was told £90 trade, I received notification of the completion of the trade in and payment in 14-30 days that was 4th June 2026. I have been chasing since and last told in September that it would be July 2027 before I got my money! I asked several times for my phone back but have been told as the trade in was complete they would not return it even though they have not paid me for it. I am at a loss; I have had no response now. I had also given the reviews suggested my daughter trade in with them also and she is having the same issue. Am looking to raise a case with Trading Standards.

Just to be clear, Trading Standards won't help you get your money back, but they might eventually take some sort of broader enforcement action against the company if there are enough similar complaints.
