This happened to me too, went to get the med bags brought ten then they said my card was not working phoned the help line who said I had asked for a new one, which I didn't but I did join the baby club. They put the points from the purchase onto a recipt and I later put them on husbands card so I didn't lose the recipt.

Yesterday I tried both mine and hubbys card (he has a whole nine points I have well, a lot!) but neither gave us the med voucher boo hoo

My card had no Med voucher but my boyfreinds did ( from the same machine) and he has never bought any med stuff , as i use that card too. So i personaly think it is a bit of a lottery. Some good OP suggested I get another card ( so i got one in my boyfriends name) and it has worked well. I have had my origianl card since they first introduced them but seem to miss out on a lot of offers.
I also printed off several vouchers went to checkout bought 2 bags to see how the points went on and i got 200 so went back and bought 10 to get my 1000 points. I think sometimes a lot of Boots staff dont know if the points are going to go and tell you they wont but when they try the till says different.
So if you are lucky enough to get a voucher - print a few because if you go back to the machine later ,u might not be able to get any more vouchers.

We have two Boots stores in my town, one refused to give me a voucher from the machine today, so I went to the other one and it gave me the voucher
