Boots Mediterranean Range 100 extra points [CLOSED]

Hooray! Just nipped into Boots, the one working machine (out of 3) gave me a voucher, then I panicked - no Orchid gift bags left on the Medditeranean shelves. Looked around, found 2 mixed in with other gift bags on the Natural Collection shelf... better than nothing. Then, queuing up to pay, saw loads of gift bags (Orchid and others) by the tills. Grabbed a handful (thought taking them all would be rude) - ended up with 6 in total. Bish bash bosh, £1.92, 600 pts, thankyou very much.

Think I'll try again tomorrow, and this time I'll be brave (there's one assistant who always seem to have her eye on me, luckily she didn't serve me but she was on the next till - I'm always worried what she'll say if I try and slip an offer like this past her. I've heard her be a bit of a voucher Nazi with other people - ie not letting someone have the No7 gift a few weeks back because they wanted to use £5 No 7 voucher as part payment towards the £15 spend)

I think so, think that's usually the case with all the vouchers Boots give out. Luckily most SAs are kind enough to point out if they need to be spent that day (or so I've found)

Nah, the 10% vouchers were in the June Boots instore mag - in the summer leaflet attached to the shrinkwrapped copies only. Looks like they're being replaced with July issues in many stores, but they haven't been removed in my local store yet, so it's worth a look. Voucher is valid until July 31, if you find one.

Glad your all getting lots of bags.

This is so much better than the toe seperators isnt it.

I only got my 1st 12 bags today.

Found a lovely Orange Lime and Mandarin body scrub today @ 1.19(I did use the 10% voucher)it smells good enough to eat.

If your in boots check out the reductions as they have reduced more of the xmas stuff came out with a massive carrier bag of stuff for 759 points.

I picked up three more items from the Mediterranean range, two soaps and a bottle of conditioner, passed over the voucher and I only got 200 points. I queried it as I also put through the freebies - tampons - and the woman on the till was surprised to see how much I got in points, only 200 though and should have been 300. Queried it and the lady I spoke to initialled the receipt and told me to come back tomorrow when a supervisor is available to add on the extra 100 points.

I had a prob with one of my products last week,it seems to be the older products that have been reduced that there is a prob with.

I went to customer services and got them to add the points on,which they did.

I have never been offered a total spend for £7.50 or £10 - it's always £20 or £25, sometiems at the Eastgate Centre it's even £30+, yikes. I find that there are differences in the smaller, but harder for me to reach as i don't drive, Retail Park than the bigger, but easy to walk to, Eastgate Centre.

I however now very rarely touch the machine which is a shame as I miss out on all the offers, but i cannot SEE it on my own and trying to get a staffer to ocme and read it is a pain, so now i only do it with a relative so that they have time to read it, but i only occassionally go into boots with relations as i find they interfere in my shopping - i cannot win!!!1

No gift bags @ Eastgate Centre so can't play with the Meditterrean offer even if i DID manage to get the token out of the machine, sigh - going to the Retail Park inovles money for taxis unless i get a bus and risk falling off the pavement so that would cancel out any pointage gained on the offers.

Ooh didn't realise the July magazine was out ALREADY but I guess seeing as it is July on Friday then that's fair enough - ooh I hope Eastgate Centre hasn't taken all the mags away although I didn't notice any upstairs on Friday - never mind I still have one 10% coupon to go plus a go on a Double Points coupon - does any one know when both the 10% vouchers and Double Points coupons expire? Just don't want to miss out, I let my last DP coupon expire, sigh.

Also still have some Mirror tokens but I think some expire at the weekend. Didn't manage to qualify for the £5 on £25 promotion as had to buy my things in a few transactions to get use of a few Mirror tokens.

So who bought all the gift bags in Burton? Little - empty - space on the shelf where they were. Well, now there's an empty space next to it where the face packs were too! I carefully filled my basket with enough stuff to get the total to £25 so I could get a £5 voucher and use my 250 points for spending more than £25 and was snookered as the total was less - money off face packs too; used another 10% off voucher instead...and picked up another magazine with another voucher in it!

Central six in Coventry have loads of 10% mags left, but no orchid gift bags.

I picked up the face masks instead and got far too many points. The SA loked at the reciept and tried to work out why I'd got so many. I pointed out the voucher she'd scanned and she said "but that should only be 100"...the huffing from the customer behind me made me not bother to explain and shrug my shoulders in a "oh well" pose.

Incidentally, Cosmo this month has a hot holiday buys with it...£2 off a £15 spend.

Managed to pick up the last 3 orchid gift bags & handed over 1 100 points voucher & got 300 points added to card. I couldn't see that the face masks were reduced but will have a good look when I'm next in.
