Family Holiday - Where To Start??

I want a school hols holiday for my family of four (we have two boys age 3 and 5) but I have no clue where to start to get a good deal. We dont care where we go but would like 4 star, preferably kids clubs/activites and free kids places would be great.
Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
