Urgent - please help asap.

before anyone comes for me, telling me there’s already a thread for this - apologies but I suffer from extreme anxiety, I’m desperate, and things like this are beyond my comprehension (I have learning difficulties).

I received this letter this morning, after ignoring about 4 previous threatening letters from ‘debt collectors’ over a parking fine TWO years ago.

What on earth do I do??

Delete the picture because your claim reference number and your password are both on show

Instead, post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left quarter of the claim form, but hide your vehicle VRM details first, using a small piece of cardboard, hiding the other three quarters of the claim form too

So no personal or private information to be seen

2. Hide your password - we can see it.
3. Show us the particulars of claim you have covered up on the left (but don't show us your reg number)
4. This will eventually be discontinued, so they'll be no court claim. It's just online paperwork.

Login to MCOL via your government gateway account and complete the AOS stage online on MCOL ASAP

You will then be using the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

You will get a default CCJ against you, definitely not recommended

You should never ignore legitimate government paperwork

I have no intention of actually going to court to defend this , I don’t have the energy.

What’s the likely outcome if I continue with the defence template?

As was mentioned earlier, with our help they will discontinue just before the hearing fee is due next year
