Whilst I'm here catching up, I think I may aswell add my target.
I think I'll leave things the same as they are @JingsMyBucket
I don't
needwant (m)any bulk buys from Nov/Dec, apart from coffee mentioned in the previous GC. If I've any leftovers, I may use that to clear the coffee I bulk bought previously, rather than buying it from myself. Then I can hopefully have a clean state for next year's GC.Good luck everyone and thanks for running the thread @JingsMyBucket
I hope your eye is healing now 🤗

First spend £23.61. Must admit, I treated myself to a little junk to celebrate sending off invoices, and to commiserate having a shocker of an October. Jalapeno cheese crisps, and some peanut munchy bars. A few cleaning products, some milk, cheese and pasta.

First spend is a whopping £136.00 in Tesco. £12.00 of that was on Christmas chocolates for each childs house.and ours but still keeping those in the challenge. I had a £21.00 voucher off of a £140 spend. Last night I went through the Tesco website planning my shop to use offers on things we can keep in store and use. The best offer was £6.00 for 3 on frozen Birdseye battered pollok and chunky breaded fish fingers. What a bargain! I just wish I had more room in the freezer .Anyway overall I bought £192.00 worth of shopping for #136.00. that's a win on my book and we'll worth an evening of research.

Budgets updated to here.
Evening folks! I’m going to start my November shopping tomorrow (Saturday). My budget for the month will be:
£350 for Oct. 31st - Nov. 30th (about £60/wk for 4.3 wks + bulk buying)
Does anyone know the best way to sign up for Sainsbury’s to get good discounts as a first time customer? A Sainsbury’s just opened in our town and I’d like to swing by there this month to see what specials they have on lamb, beef, etc. Should I use someone’s code when signing up to Nectar to get more discounts and have them receive discounts too? Thanks!
