can someone explain to me how Moorside legal are now suddenly trying to charge £255 on an LBC as opposed to the normal £170

What did the "as per enclosed schedule" show; (the £35 Court Fee and £50 Legal Rep fee is probably the difference).

the schedule simply shows the PCN , nothing else

as pointed out by someone else includes the issue fee and the legal fee on the LBC as shown on the portal

YES .. £35 + £50 is correct and if you add the fake £70 = £155
Moor side have got their nickers in a twist and they are still adding the fake OSNER scam which in the eyes of the court is DOUBLE RECOVERY which courts do NOT allow.
I would ask them for a breakdown in writing because they must tell you what the £70 is

Attempting to charge the filing fee before a claim is issued? Same for the solicitor's fee?
