Experian contact number

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm if these are correct and legit Experian contact number:

0344 481 8000

0800 013 8888

I need to speak to a real person. I only have a free account and there's no web form appears and no contact number/email appear when I select Contact Us. Google search provide some email addresses but worried whether they are correct or not.

Thanks.

The ones from their site are:

    +44 (0) 344 481 8000

    consumer.helpservice@uk.experian.com

I would caution that they may not be willing to do much if you do not have a paid account with them

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

    Thanks for the replies.

These numbers are useless as they're only for paying customers or request a large print report. The only web form appears is for complaint.

I've raised a complaint, hopefully they respond asap.

The question really is what you want from them - they have limited amounts of control over things that are reported to them. What is the nature of the complaint and we might be able to advise you on what they are likely to say?
