I have a passport application renewal (SE/04/04)from the Post Office . At the end Section 10 it requires a counter signature. How do you complete this on a Digital passport application Does someone have to come to my property to sign on my Laptop please

If you were making a digital application (and it doesn't sound like you are if you are completing a paper form?), the passport office sends your counter signatory an email and they then provide their details.

Are you sure you actually need countersignatures on photos for this renewal, as that's the exception rather than the rule?
Some paper passport applications and photos must be signed by someone else (the ‘countersignatory’) to prove the identity of the person applying.
You must get your paper form and one of your 2 print photos signed if you’re applying for a:
first adult passport
first child passport
replacement for a lost, stolen or damaged passport
renewal of a passport for a child aged 11 or under
renewal of a passport if your appearance has changed and you cannot be recognised from your existing passport

I've never needed a countersignature for a renewal.
