Banking without a mobile, possible?

To be fair the info is available on their webpages but I suspect they, like many other banks and businesses, would like people to use an app.
Things that are different: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1 -
Without modern technology, you'd have to write a cheque, pay for a stamp and envelope and make a trip to the post box. And the person at the other end would need to make a trip to their bank and wait for it to clear.
So yeah, modern technology does make things easier, even though there are extra checks to make sure fraudsters aren't stealing your money.

That assumes easier = better. I've never seen good evidence for that. The point is, it worked, and now is no longer an option. That doesn't mean there shouldn't be progress, but it does mean don't scrap the old method before the new one is working.
To illustrate; we just had a long power cut, during which I was unable to make any phone calls. No reception on my mobile, no Wifi to link to and no broadband for my landline. Back in the dark ages I could just pick up my analogue phone (which I still have) during a power outage and make a call.

Ah! Ah! The banks' money, not yours. Nobody can steal your money from a bank.0 -
In which case you can use your landline. I have never needed to use an app to authorise a purchase while I’m out and about, only when doing it online. When I tend to be at home so the landline option remains available.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have not could of.1
