Speak to your credit card provider.

You'll probably need to expand on that with plenty more detail but if you acquired an independent report that was 'incorrect' then chances are you'll need another one if you hope to progress this further, either with the retailer (statutory rights) and manufacturer (warranty). Likewise there's no point in pursuing your credit card provider until you have something supporting your case…

Sorry should have said bed retailer.
Have written to the bed retailers who sent out an "independent" bed technican who provided an incorrect report. Retailer has said warranty claim and our dispute under consumer rights act is refused. Bed cost over £2k only skept in for 14 months.

Im also on the hunt for our own technician to get a report done.

In what way was the report 'incorrect'

What resolution is being offered under the warranty?
That solution may encompass your consumer rights.
What solution are you seeking?

The report incorrectly identified the areas of the bed that had problems with sagging and collapse and measured other areas that different have problems. No resolution just told not accepted by manuf or retailer and that we "must be disappointed" by this.

This is quite hard going.
Are you able to share proper details of the issue as that will assist in considering what your next steps might be to reach a resolution.
Is this a divan bed, or some other type?
Is the fault with the bed base / frame or with the mattress or with both?
When the retailer said this was a warranty claim, what did they then say would be done under the warranty?
While the retailer cannot avoid their obligations to you under consumer rights, the retailer can use the warranty process as the mechanism to satisfy the obligations under consumer rights.

The bed is a pillow top mattress with the base purchased at same time. We measured the mattress as sagging depths of 1.8cm to 6cm across the bed. Its has been regularly turned and very uncomfortable.
Manuf and retailer said it wasn't a warranty claim as the bed technician report said measurements of 1.8cm to 2.6cm but their report said it sags in the middle of bed but the sags are in the 2 sleeping areas.
Now rejected by retailer and manu under consumer rights act.
