Refund not repair

With the change in the law how do I go about stating I want a refund not another repair on the furniture. I took delivery of it May ‘25 and it has already been repaired and the problem has resurfaced after about 10 days

They only get one repair and then you may reject or seek a price reduction, specifics from the link above

(5)A consumer who has the right to a price reduction and the final right to reject may only exercise one (not both), and may only do so in one of these situations—

(a)after one repair or one replacement, the goods do not conform to the contract;

(b)because of section 23(3) the consumer can require neither repair nor replacement of the goods; or

(c)the consumer has required the trader to repair or replace the goods, but the trader is in breach of the requirement of section 23(2)(a) to do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

What change in the law are you referring to?

2015 was only a couple of years ago… right? Right?

Worth noting though that whilst you absolutely are entitled to exercise your final right to reject, the retailer can reduce the refund to account for usage after six months.
