Can't claim back deposit from DPS

Hi,
My old estate agent just called me to say i never claimed back my deposit from my Ilford tennancy which finished a few years ago. Its £700. She gave me the deposit number for DPS
However, i cant find any details of my Ilford tennancy in there. There is nowhere for me to click and claim the money. I have the Deposit ID, but can't find how to make the claim.
Anyway, do you know how i can go about making the claim?
There is no email or telephone contact detail for DPS
