Credit card with long 0% purchases AND no foreign transaction fees?

I’m looking for a credit card that combines a long 0% purchases period with fee-free non-sterling transactions abroad.

After quite a bit of research, the best option I’ve found so far is the Santander All in One, which currently offers 15 months at 0% on purchases and no foreign transaction fees.

However, I can’t seem to find many (or any) other cards that offer both features together. Most cards appear to have either a good 0% purchase offer or fee-free overseas spending, but not both.

Has anyone come across any alternatives that I’ve missed? I’d be interested in hearing about any cards that offer a decent 0% purchases period alongside no fees for spending in foreign currencies.

I had 18 months interest free on purchases plus no FX fees from Chase a couple of years ago. Is that still on offer?

No monthly fee either.
