Balance transfer after reclaiming charges?

Hi people... bit of advice needed.

Having successfully reclaimed over £700 (in historic charges) from Barclaycard :money: I now want to start working to reduce my other debts.

I have a £4000 debt on an HSBC Visa card (at % APR) and I've been reading articles on here which suggest I may be able to balance transfer to Barclaycard using their low rate 'existing customer' deal.

There are however a couple of points worth noting:

1) As I've recently reclaimed charges I'm wondering if Barclaycard will be accept me transferring a balance to them as cheap(er) debt.

2) I do not have a £4,000 limit on one single Barclaycard. I have a credit limit of £2,000 on both a Barclaycard Visa and Barclaycard Mastercard (both with £0 balance). Can I either split the balance transfer between the two Barclaycards and still get the special rate x2? Or might it be possible to cancel one Barclaycard and transfer the limit over to the remaining card to give me a limit of £4,000 (obviously only if this wouldn't affect my credit score)

3) I also have a personal loan through Egg of about £5,000 (at about 11% and an overdraft of £1,800) which I would love to include at the cheap rate however as this would mean applying to increase my limit with Barclaycard this will presumably have a negative affect on my credit score...

Any advice or previous experiences would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Owen.
