UC text message
I received this text message this morning:
We need to call you to check your Universal Credit claim details are still correct.
Your payments may be affected if we cannot speak to you.
If you miss a call, contact the Universal Credit helpline on 0800 328 5644
Is this normal - it worried me. Is this normal.

Yes likely normal. Are you a telephone claim with no access to an online account (Journal?).
Either they want you to confirm your basic circumstances are the same, or do a full financial review where you submit bank statements.

No I have a UC online account. At the same time of the text message 11:11. I received a to do list to confirm claim details just general like still living with your wife, children details, bank details etc.
I confirmed all that. At the end it said no changes required. The journal shows “Check and confirm your claim details completed”
just feeling anxious about the phone call it may be it’s not required as I confirmed all the details already.
My payment advise appears every 17th which is showing on my UC account.

I wouldn't think a phone call is needed, as you've confirmed all the details now.

I had exact same thing today. I did everything they asked then sent a message via my online journal asking if they could let me know when they were planning on calling.

Did you had to do list to confirm your claim details?
