Morrisons Now prices
Hello
I was wondering if anyone knows why the prices when you shop with Morrisons Now are more expensive than buying from the physical shop yourself
Some things are only pennies dearer but some other things are like £2 dearer
Also, if u go into the store say Nescafé 300g jar is £6 on offer from the normal £9 or something but on Morrisons now you never get that offer
On the bright side i have received two lots of something I ordered one of, but these odd occurrences don’t make up for £ssss overspent
I use it because I don’t drive ,hubby is not well, and I can’t bus it and then carry all the shopping back easy
I don’t mind paying the £2.99 delivery fee but as I said wondered why things are dearer
ALSO it says NOT in stock on various items ..so I asked customer services if there’s a special warehouse used or thr actual store, they said the actual store, so why has it said out of stock on all sardines in sunflower oil for over a week now when the store is full of them?
Thank u in advance

If you use the Home Delivery service along with a delivery pass, the issues you mention should not arise.

I'm guessing due to the speed of the service, I had to searach what it was.

Same as Tesco Whoosh, a completely different pricing and availability structure. Are you sure the Now delivery comes from the same store ? If you want Morrisons prices and availability then you will have to shop in store. With Tesco in store prices and offers can differ from on line and no doubt the same with Morrisons. These two services are convenience shopping, not to be confused with regular shopping, and are pitched accordingly.

Thanks everyone for replies ,appreciate it
The sensible thing to do is have a weekly shopping list and order online as per normal or maybe cab it there and back so u don’t get surprises or unsuitable alternatives ,mind u 9/10 times I’ve been refunded for these
just sometimes u do need things like now.
Must stop complaining I guess haha though still don’t get why they charge 16 quid for a packet of fags thats 14.75 normally etc
Cheers again

They charge it because same hour delivery is a premium service with a high cost to provide and people will pay it.
Very rarely to people need things "now", they never need cigarettes.
