Via an internet search, Microsoft has this to say:
Recovering Deleted Hotmail Emails
To recover deleted emails from Hotmail, follow these steps:
Check the Deleted Items FolderLog in to your Hotmail account (now Outlook.com).
Navigate to the Deleted Items folder.
Look for the emails you want to restore.
Use the Recover Deleted Items Feature
If the emails are not in the Deleted Items folder:
At the top of the Deleted Items page, click on "Recover items deleted from this folder."
A list of recoverable items will appear.
Select the emails you wish to recover.
Click the Restore button to move them back to your inbox.
Important Considerations
Emails in the Deleted Items folder are typically retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
If you cannot find your emails in either folder, they may be permanently deleted and unrecoverable through standard methods.
For further assistance, consider contacting Microsoft Support, as they may have additional recovery options, though success is not guaranteed.

I suspect that now than more than 30 days have passed you won't have any chance to recover it.
Things that are different: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
Not after so long.
Items remain in Deleted Items for 30 days, and then "recover items deleted from this folder" is about another 10 days or so, so after about 45 days, it's gone for good.
If you're using Outlook and PST files to access the chances are slightly better. But not much, and would have been higher back in January.

The only thing that might help is if you have an idea of the start of the email address, start a new email and hope that it auto fills the remainder of the address for you. I've not used hotmail for years so it's a wild shot.
