Westbury Menswear
I ordered a jumper 26.09.26. Instock, delivery 3 days. They later advised by e mail awaiting stock. I e mailed requesting cancellation twice, no response. I have raised a dispute with my card provider.

A quick google search of their address, 50 Lewisham High Street, shows a business called Sakhi Fabric, which is a 'Fabric and haberdashery shop (selling cottons, dressmaking supplies…..).
Looking at their shop, and items for sale, a leather jacket costs £60 so they're not a place that sells particularly good quality stuff.
Going by their customer service, shown to you, i think it was a good move posting your thread about them and warning others.
If i've been too harsh i stand corrected.

The jumper I ordered was good quality = GANT. Maybe if it had arrived it would be fake?

We just bought a Gant jumper from Vinted . £20 and in pristine condition.

This looks like just another dodgy clothing site(s). Several different fronts and addresses. Parent company incorporated Aug 26 and the contact phone number is +1 prefix, USA. The sole director is Filipino and resident there. Screams run away.

The Shipping Policy page says "All orders placed with Westbury Menswear are shipped directly from our suppliers." The Return and Refund page says "Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases" and "Our warehouse is located in China, so return shipping costs may be high." While I was poking about on their site, I think it was in their FAQ's, I noticed a contact email address support@caldwell-menswear.com (While I was poking about that email address got changed to support@westburymenswear.com. Somebody seems to have been working on it in the background.) So I did a search for Caldwell Menswear. Funnily enough their flagship launch week is ongoing - in the USA.
