Hi All

Been Helping people out in the background with various parking invoices, so far 3 successfully (going down the land owner route normally) 2 more to go.... I just after a second check but I believe that his NTK from parking eye is non compliant due to mandatory wording? Believe it's 28 days beginning 1st day after the parking event...if anyone can confirm that it's compliant or not...

    Check the compliance of your Notice to Keeper, if the PPC is citing 'keeper liability' under the POFA.
