Hi.

I have a ticket from Norwich airport for stopping momentarily.

The ticket is issued by VCS but now I have received a n1 claim form from elms legal limited about a ccj. Issued 7th Oct

I have no admitted any liability as the car used is a taxi and used by many drivers but unfortunately I lease the car out to them.

I have read through all the threads including newbie thread but unfortunately I have mild adhd and dyslexic so I finding it really hard to understand what to do.

Please can someone help me either on here or WhatsApp so I can send pictures.

(Obviously I won't post number here but will dm it if someone can help me)

Login to your government gateway account and go to the MCOL section, complete the AOS stage online on MCOL ASAP, as explained in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, by following the Dropbox instructions closely

Ok i have completed that part following the drop box pdf. (I had some help by my mate but that guide was spot on)

What next?
