Hi has anyone had any dealings with Nike UK at Corby. My partner purchased an item of clothing - it was too small so she returned it at her own expense. Bought the next size up and requested a refund for the return. As she does not have their app she sent it back via Royal Mail and has a certificate of posting. Almost a month has passed and despite various phone calls and numerous emails they refuse to confirm the refund will be processed. Any guidance on this will be much appreciated.

there is a process for returns on the website - https://www.nike.com/gb/help/a/how-to-return

this would have given a Return code and free postage and enables them to match it up with the order easily

Have they confirmed the address she sent it to was the correct address?

Thanks Caz3121, she did not use the website but there was a returns address on the delivery note so she used that to post it back. They would not confirm if that address was correct. They got 1 star on Trustpilot with loads of similar complaints so there is obviously a big issue with them.

What did she include inside to confirm it was her order and not one of the thousands of others that will have been sent? This is why you follow the process to get a RMA so the recipient can easily tie the order and return together especially as its often a fulfilment company that receives the return not Nike itself.

Does the receipt have a number on to track the parcel (if 2nd class this should have delivery confirmation, most other services are fully tracked)
