BOS sending out replacement card...

Hi! Quick question...

My visa debit card expires at the end of this month. I'm sure that I usually get a card sent out aaaaagggggggeeeeessss in advance but no card has turned up yet. Looking at the card my current one has been valid since 2004. Have Halifax/Bank of Scotland changed when they sent out cards in the last few years or has my card gone AWOL?

My last one from Halifax was a little close to the wire, arriving only a few days before the old one expired. The explanation was there had been a 'few problems' with renewals. I'd ring them if nothing by the end of the week.

They did use to issue them several months in advance - latterly it's been early in the expiry month.

Thanks for that... sods law dictated that as soon as I posted about it, it would turn up... guess what I received when I got home yesterday!! Definitely MUCH later than they used to sent them out though!
