Hello everyone
I'm not at work today - I've been shopping and I'll pop into town after my lunch, then get the bus down to the care home for a couple of hours. Dad was in the discharge lounge by 9am, still there when I rang back after 3 and eventually back in the care home just before 7pm. He'd fallen while he was there so had been checked over by a doctor, which must have delayed things so I expect he'll be shattered today. I spoke to mam a couple of times, she had mostly sat in his room waiting for him to come back, though a carer had taken her for a walk.
TA you'll not believe this but the same thing has just happened to me in M and S - the strap of my shopping bag got stuck on one of the hooky bits connecting the handle to the basket - it took 2 checkout ladies plus my self to get it free!
Hope everyone has a good day x

I can believe it Dp1. Now I know how easily it can happen. Those baskets are hazzard! X

Izzy, more money than sense my mum would have said. None of the CS by us will take pushchairs or seats or cots. I could have cried at disposing of the stuff Laura no longer needed.
TA and dp1 how strange, I must admit I rarely use baskets unless they're the pull along type.
Steve had a bit of a wobble last night. I said nothing has changed since Monday you just know what's wrong. He seems a bit better today so I hope he doesn't become a couch potato from fear.
Have a good day.
