Uswitch increase/reduce and earn notifications arriving too late

Is anyone else experiencing Uswitch emails announcing new increase/reduce and earn load switching sessions arriving too late? Their emails have been arriving in my Gmail mailbox after the session has started, sometimes by over an hour. I've not been able to join a session for a couple of weeks which is frustrating as they seem to be coming thick and fast now.

I can't see any other way to join the session, looks like you have to click on the link. I've read some unconfirmed reports that some service providers may be throttling bulk emails from Uswitch. Uswitch just give said thanks for letting them know, but no willingness to look into it.

Annoying!
