Notice to keeper, PCN Stansted NSL

I got this fine twice. I went into the Burger King/Cafe Nero parking area. I parked up for 5 mins but then I had to make a pickup from the airport so I had to leave.

After I did the pickup I entered not to park but to go through the drive through

The Burger King got my order wrong and so I had to drive in again 5 mins later to get the food they missed.

So they have given me 2 fines

I understand that I shouldn’t give them the drivers name and details as there is no legal obligation.

How do I get out of this?

Definitely Not fines, just parking charge notices, as stated on the paperwork

Appeal each one separately as keeper using the template in the Gatwick Manchester Heathrow Airport group thread

Why not just read other Stansted NSL threads and copy whet they did?

You were also using a Drive-thru, which isn't a 'period of parking'.

They like to mislead POPLA that the POFA applies (they've even cited keeper liability on the NTK) so you will need to copy winning POPLA wording to drum it into the POPLA Assessor at second stage appeal, that there is no POFA Schedule 4 'keeper liability' applicable anywhere at Airports.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

BTW, you've left the VRM visible on your 2 PCN's (first line, first paragraph).
