I parked there on the 6th July 1700-2300. For some reason I thought I had up till 0430 on the following day to pay. Apparently I only had till midnight. I've already appealed and had it rejected. Is there any chance of winning in court due to ambiguity of the sign?

Just found something on internet that says daily charging cycle runs until 0430 - pic 1. This is what led me to believe I could pay any time within the 0430-0430 daily cycle

I've just been on to ZZPS and they say the daily cycle runs from midnight to midnight - contradicting what AI says. I wonder where AI got the 0430 daily cycle from?

This is more information online that would lead one to believe you could pay after midnight for a parking session on the previous day

Was the original pcn invoice listed as a Parking Charge Notice. ?

Or was it a Penalty Notice issued under bylaws ( non POFA. ) ?

Check all the paperwork to know what they sent and if they tried to claim Pofa2012 compliance or bylaws
