Just to be clear you are single ( no spouse ) so your plans only need to provide for your own financial needs?

For £30k post tax, you need about £35k pre tax. If we assume £25k between SP and DB then you need £10k from your DC. The cheapest way to reliably achieve that is to buy an annuity, which would only cost about £220k at current rates.

You then need 3 yrs x £20k and 7 yrs x £10k to bridge the gap to 67, which comes to £130k. That would be covered by your TFLS and ISAs, but not with a huge amount to spare.
