USB Power Bank won/t stay on

Just received this 50Ah powerbank from Temu however when I press the power button it only powers on for two seconds then turns itself off again. However I have found that if I unplug the USB device from it and reconnect then it stays on… until after the next time the power bank is turned of when the power-on problem comes back.

Have I got a faulty unit?

If you bought it from Temu, probably yes!

A non-branded power bank from Temu seems like a huge potential fire risk.

All our power banks power off after a short period. Saves power. Does it actually charge anything?

This powers off after two seconds.

if so prob faulty
If not your amp doesn't draw enough to be 'seen' by the power bank

They do not need to be on to charge.
