Still waiting for Shein refund
I am having to keep messaging Shein, as I returned a pair of sandals on 23rd Aug and it says they were received on 26th Aug, but says awaiting warehouse pick up. It’s now 9th Oct and I haven’t had a refund. It’s not a huge amount but is there anything I can do?
My latest chat message to Shein says it has been escalated and I will receive a response in 24 hours.

how did you pay? Chargeback as the only thing that comes to mind outside of their processes.
