Will I be better off?

I’m currently receiving ESA, PIP and UC.
I also get a council tax award.
I may have found a job just a hour a day delivering some school meals. The company will pay me a daily rate and want me to be self employed.
I’ve looked at the benefits calculators online but what I want to know is how much better or worse off will I be if I take this job?

Any help would be appreciated

You mention PIP but don't say whether you get either LCW/LCWRA. If you do then you will have a work allowance of at least £427 which means you can earn up to that amount before it affects your UC.

Your council tax reduction is more difficult to say as each council operate their own schemes so you'd need to check with them.

PIP is unaffected as is ESA if your only working 5 hours a week.

I think I get LCWRA. I was told elsewhere that if the job contradicts with my mental/physical health conditions then I may lose other benefits too? For example, I have lower back pain so lifting is an issue but I’m hoping as I’d only be lifting 2 or 3 boxes into a car and taking them from one school to another that I’d be able to manage that.

It is true that doing something contradictory can go against you at reassessment, but if you can lift a few light-enough boxes once a week that's hardly proof of no back pain. It just means doing it that infrequently doesn't have intolerable consequences. That in no way means you have zero problems in daily life or no longer meet whichever LCWRA descriptor applies to you.
