Stooze pot as emergency fund

This is fair. So a chunk of cash should be part of anyone's emergency fund. I don't see this mentioned in emergency fund advice often.

S&S take time to pay out - selling the units and getting the cash in, not necessarily emergency speed
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Maybe 2 weeks? So my stooze pot credit limit needs to cover whatever emergency arises with less than that timeframe to pay off. White goods maybe? Perhaps mechanics for car repairs? If I need to fly to another country that only uses cash, perhaps?
Trades people typically give a month to pay invoices in case of house repairs etc. I don't know about emergency medical costs, I've always used the NHS. Any other suggestions?

The last time I tried it was more than 2 weeks, a boiler going bang, a dog in the vets emergency etc
