Experian: Unexpected Hard Search by Percayso Inform Ltd

I recently received an alert from Experian showing that Percayso Inform Ltd had carried out a hard search on my credit file following an insurance quotation.

I contacted Experian, and they informed me that this is apparently a known issue affecting some Percayso insurance quotation searches. Apparently, some searches that should have been recorded as soft searches were incorrectly reported as hard searches.

Experian has advised that they will not remove the search themselves and that I need to contact Percayso directly.

Has anyone else been affected by this issue and have contact details for Percayso?

One hard search will have zero effect on most people and therefore most would not consider it an 'issue'.
