can anyone help me with a question??

I have a capital one account and my card has expired, when searching the website I cannot find the answer, asking me to sign in and having to insert my card number but I can’t sign in because my card has expired!!!

Is there not a recovery/forgotten password option you can use instead of the card number?

My usual log-in method has username and password, but perhaps you haven't used that

I'd say phone up and ask. At one stage they did not issue me a new card, but I could still log in. I phoned up some time later (probably over a year) to ask why. I hadn't used it, they said. But they agreed to send a new card
